Tune Your Mind, Body and Soul
While I am writing this I am listening to Aum Meditation to Raise Your Tonal on YouTube. I have believed but not understood the power of thought vibrations or actually thought frequencies which can be finely-tuned using visualization.
It is not easy. It takes a lot of faith. But now I am realizing that chakras or vortexes emanating from within our spinal column must be tuned up daily.

HAARP for Dummies
The High frequency Active
Auroral Research Program (HAARP)
is an Air Force military program focused on the study of upper atmospheric and solar-terrestrial physics
and Radio Science. The HAARP program operates a major Arctic ionosphere research
facility on an Air Force owned site near Gakona, Alaska. -- source www.haarp.alaska.edu
HAARP generates microwaves that stimulate the ionosphere using ELF and VLF receivers, magnetometers, riometers, a UHF diagnostic radar and optical and infrared spectrometers and cameras used to record the auroral chances in the ionosphere.
HAARP also uses UHF radar which is why we all had to switch over to digital, freeing up UHF and VHF waves for other uses.

Fly Over Tibet Monastery by Satellite
Listen to the monks chant and the cold mountain winds howl; watch an avalanche explode down the Himalayas. Video is about 9 minutes of pure awe. I watch this video when I need strength.
